Bogosi brings over five years of experience in entrepreneurship and project management, driving innovation and efficiency in our operations. He holds a BHSc from Wits University and has completed multiple entrepreneurship short courses.

Fortunate Jwara

Fortunate oversees and supports key projects with a background in research and the creative sector. She holds a Master of Arts in Creative Writing (Cum Laude) from Rhodes University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in English Literature at Nelson Mandela University. She also serves on the content development team as a writer, editor, and proofreader, contributing to the production of high-quality strategic materials.

Senthati Katlego Zasekhaya

Senthati leads project execution and coordination with a strong foundation in corporate communication. She holds a BA and BA Honours in Strategic Communication from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing her Master’s in the same field. As Project Manager, she oversees implementation across multiple workstreams while contributing to business strategy development, ensuring alignment between project delivery and organisational objectives.

Palesa brings academic rigour and communication expertise to her role in project coordination and implementation. She holds a BA and BA Honours in Journalism from the University of Johannesburg and has completed her Master’s in Journalism, awaiting graduation. With extensive experience as a university tutor across multiple levels, she supports project execution with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Her background in media and communication complements her operational work, contributing to strategic alignment and team efficiency.

Kamogelo is a versatile project support professional with a background in journalism and digital media. She holds a National Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Journalism from the Tshwane University of Technology. Emmanuel Mufunda

Emmanuel is a seasoned researcher and statistician with over 25 years of experience in socio-economic research, statistical analysis, and monitoring and evaluation. As Lead Researcher and Chief Statistician at M & R Badiri Consultants, he applies advanced methodologies to deliver data-driven insights for public and private sector projects. He holds an MBA and a BSc in Statistics, and has worked across Southern Africa in roles spanning project management, academic lecturing, and corporate training.

Sechaba is a lead statistician with a background in mathematics, statistics, and operational research, combined with decades of experience in writing, editing, and content development. He has contributed to both technical research and creative projects across government, broadcasting, and consultancy sectors. At M & R Badiri Consultants, he bridges analytical expertise with storytelling, supporting statistical analysis as well as content writing and editorial work. He holds a BSc Honours in Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research and an MFA in Film and Television Directing.

Jakubose is a senior researcher and statistician with expertise in financial economics, investment analysis, and risk management. He holds multiple postgraduate qualifications, including an MSc in Operations Research and Statistics, and has lectured and consulted extensively across academic institutions and development projects in Southern Africa. At M & R Badiri Consultants, he contributes high-level data analysis and financial insight to research initiatives, drawing on over a decade of experience in academia, consulting, and enterprise development.
